I’m Flo (Florian), with deep roots in the Bay Area, having immigrated from the Philippines to San Francisco nearly 60 years ago. Inspired by my family’s tradition of military service, I learned that real achievement comes from care, focus, and professionalism. Raising three daughters mostly on my own in the East Bay taught me resilience and the power of deep listening—qualities I bring to every client. Now, as a happily married grandmother of eight, I’m dedicated to helping others navigate their biggest life decisions with empathy and experience.

My professional history includes roles as a former loan processor, giving me an in-depth understanding of the financing process—which means no surprises for you.
